Pest Shield is a marketing and referral service. We do not inspect homes, treat infestations, offer warranties, or perform any other field work, and we do not employ technicians.
2. Independent providers
Any company we connect you with is an independent business. It is not our employee, partner, agent, or representative, and it alone is responsible for its licensing, insurance, advice, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, and compliance with applicable laws.
3. Estimates and service decisions
Information discussed through Pest Shield is general in nature and is not a promise of availability, price, response time, or any particular result. Before authorizing work, you are responsible for checking a provider’s identity, qualifications, scope of work, contract terms, and price.
4. Calls and messages
By contacting us, you agree to receive communications about your request by phone, text, or email, including from an independent provider we connect you with. Normal message and data rates may apply. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, compliance, and recordkeeping where permitted by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. That means no interference with its operation, no false or unlawful requests, no unauthorized access, no malicious code, no bulk scraping, and no use of site content that infringes someone else’s rights.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s name, design, text, graphics, and software belong to Pest Shield or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes related to seeking service information.
7. Disclaimer
